Tracking says “label created”? That's expected.
Your gaiter is being made in our first production run. Your shipping label and tracking number are created the moment you order, so the number already works. Until the run ships on Saturday, October 31, it will show as label created or awaiting pickup. From then on it updates as your parcel moves. You don't need to do anything.
Why tracking looks quiet at first
For the first 3–5 days after your order ships, tracking often shows little or nothing. That is normal. The parcel is moving, but it only scans at a handful of points early in the journey. Updates become frequent once it reaches your country. Typical delivery is 6–10 business days from dispatch.
