14-day returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange.
How to return something
Email nyxora96@outlook.com with the address you ordered to and which gaiter you are returning. Tell us how it felt and whether it met your expectations — we read every message. We then send you the return address and, once it arrives back with us, your refund goes to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Condition
Gaiters must come back unworn and in a resellable state. Trying it on at home is fine. A full day on the boat is not.
Exchanges
Prefer a different face? Tell us which one and we ship the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back. Exchanges are free.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo and we ship a replacement immediately. You do not need to return the faulty one.
Mystery Gaiter
The Mystery Gaiter is covered by the same 14-day policy. If you get a face you are not happy with, tell us and we swap it free.
