Where it ships, how long it takes, and what to expect.
First production run ships October 31
Every order placed now is made in the first run and ships on Saturday, October 31. Your tracking number is emailed right after you order. Until the run ships it shows as label created or awaiting pickup, which is expected.
Delivery times
Outside launch periods, every order is packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You get an email with your tracking number and a link to our tracking page. Standard delivery is 6–10 business days after dispatch. Rush shipping is available at checkout if you need it for a specific trip.
Why tracking looks quiet at first
For the first 3–5 days after dispatch, tracking often shows little or nothing. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong. Your parcel is moving, but it only scans at a handful of points early in the journey. Updates become frequent once it reaches your country.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.
Wrong address?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will fix it before it ships. After dispatch we cannot reroute a parcel.
